Day 1: Overnight train from Ha Noi – Lao Cai

20:30 – 21:00 Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the railway station for a night train to Sapa (schedule 21:50 – 06:30 Am next day).

Day 2: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – (B, L, D)

A local tour guide will meet you at the welcome board, pick you up at Lao Cai station, transfer to Sapa for breakfast, and check you in at the hotel (if available). Then start trekking for 12 km to visit the Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. After lunch with a local family in Lao Chai or at a drinking shop near the riverbank, we continue hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay, where we stay overnight with a local family or at a hotel (optional). You have the opportunity to experience their daily activities.

Day 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa – (B, L)

Enjoy your breakfast before starting an 08 km trek to visit 2 villages of the Red Dzao and the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and a rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through the bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get the Car to return to Sapa by bus. Free at your own program until 17:00.

Overnight at the A/C soft sleeper cabin to Hanoi (schedule: 21:00 – 05:00 Am next day). Finish Sapa Trekking Tours 3 Nights 2 Days.

  • Because of the differences in customs and habits between travelers and the ethnic minorities, tourists need to consult the tour guide and follow their guidance to avoid local taboos.
  • The itinerary can be changed due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions.
  • Special requests (diet or vegetarian, …) should be sent before your departure date.

Things to bring:

  • Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap, because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February, and March.
  • Due to Sapa’s altitude, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February, and March.
  • Trekking shoes, sunglasses, sun cream, and insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnamese Dong because the banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well.
  • You should take medicine with you, although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa, in case you get sick.

Children Policy:

  • Free of charge for children under 4 years sharing a bed with parents.
  • Surcharge 75% rate of adult for children (4-9 years) sharing a bed with parents.

  • A couple travels with 2 children. The 2nd Child will be charged the adult ticket price.

Cancellation policy:

  • Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request via email and the travel service start date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 4 days before the experience’s start date.
  • Cancellations made within 4 days of the experience start date will receive no refund.
  • In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal. FOR REFUNDS PROCESSED BY PAYPAL, ANY ASSOCIATED FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE OVERALL REFUND AMOUNT.
