Located within the Ba Na Hills resort complex, Eclipse Square is a unique architectural landmark that bridges the Kingdom of the Sun and the Kingdom of the Moon. Inspired by the astronomical phenomenon of a solar eclipse, the plaza embodies the convergence of these two worlds through its distinct architectural and artistic language.
Spanning over 60,000 square meters, Eclipse Square is divided into three main zones: the central area, a dining area, and a retail section. This expansive space serves as both a sightseeing destination and an engaging stopover for visitors exploring Ba Na Hills.
The most striking architectural feature is a massive conical glass tower, designed to capture natural light. As sunlight filters through the glass surfaces, it creates captivating reflections. The best time to photograph it is around 4:00 PM, when the afternoon sun shines through the glass apex, creating a shimmering, truly impressive scene.
Another notable element is the stone colonnade, which consists of 59 monolithic pillars ranging from 4 to 7.5 meters in height. These columns evoke grandeur while offering various vantage points to admire the plaza’s architecture and the surrounding mountain landscape.
At Eclipse Square, visitors can stroll leisurely, explore intricate architectural details, snap photos by the glass tower and stone colonnades, or relax in the dining area. From here, guests can also continue their journey toward the Moon Castle and other attractions within the resort complex.
