In the morning, depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Cao Đài Temple in Tay Ninh province – around 95 Km South East of HCMC, close to Cambodia border way. The Cao Đài Temple is considered one of the striking structures of South-East Asia. It is the headquarters of the unique Cao Đài sect, a religion with a hybrid of Buddhism, Christianity & Confucianism.

Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Đài sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side. After having lunch at a local restaurant, depart to Củ Chi Tunnel – one of the most popular tourist spot in South of Vietnam. The network consists of approximately 250km of tunnels connected with one another like a spider’s web.

During the war, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, numerous trap doors, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens.
