Itinerary

7:30 AM gathering at Viet Dream Travel office - 184 Bui Vien, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Free pick up from the hotel’s location on the main street in Ben Thanh Ward.

In the morning, depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh province - around 95 km southeast of HCMC, close to the Cambodia border. The Cao Đài Temple is considered one of the striking structures of South-East Asia. It is the headquarters of the unique Cao Đài sect, a religion with a hybrid of Buddhism, Christianity & Confucianism. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as when statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha, and the Hindu god Brahma stand side by side. Visitors will attend the midday ceremony’s extravaganza to witness the daily mass led by Cao Dai followers, a fantastic experience.

After having lunch at a local restaurant, depart for Cu Chi Tunnel - one of the most popular tourist spots in South Vietnam. The network consists of approximately 250km of tunnels connected with one another like a spider’s web. During the war, the tunnels functioned as underground cities, including specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, numerous trapdoors, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is a chance to crawl through multiple-layered tunnels or fire real AK bullets

Afterward, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla-warriors’ food in wartime). End of services. Return to Ho Chi Minh City and finish your Cao Dai Temple Cu Chi Tunnels tour.
